Because we know you need your goods FAST, all orders are shipped from our closest warehouse to you.
We use a range of different courier and freight companies, depending on factors like size of goods, weight of goods, and which freight service is best suited to service your location.
If the goods you received have been damaged in transit, or you find are defective, please notify us immediately. We will organise to get the goods returned to us, at no cost to you. Please retain all the original goods packaging, as well a brief description of the nature of the fault. On receipt and inspection of the damaged or defective goods, we will promptly send you a replacement of the same goods you ordered.
