The RockSmith A.I. Ore Separator is a computer-controlled ore separator using cutting edge technology incorporating; X-ray detection technology (visual detection technology) and artificial intelligence algorithms and is changing the rules of traditional ore processing.
It can scan and identify the characteristics of each ore in real time, and accurately eliminate the low-value ore, so as to reduce the comprehensive treatment cost, and improve the efficiency and efficiency of mining production.
The working principle of the RockSmith A.I. Ore Separator is very simple. The vibrating feeder will evenly send the ore to the transmission belt for X-raying.
The smart technology will scan each ore in real time to obtain it's characteristic information. This information is then inputed into the information processing system to be evaluated by an intelligent identification (A.I.) algorithm. The algorithm can determine the grade of useful minerals in the ore in real time, and output the final judgment results.
Finally, the driver actuator will accurately remove the low-value ore based on the results, preventing it from entering the downstream processing process.
Equipped with edge cloud computing identification system, it can realise the recognition accuracy of 1 in 10,000 magnitude. The core algorithm has artificial intelligence and deep learning functions.
With the help of process mineralogy, digidescribe mineral features, such as structure, color, density, hardness and light sensitivity, and establish digital standard genes to achieve intelligent sorting and create unique product technology differences.
The XRT technology utilises a variety of advanced sensors, such as far and near infrared, color CCD, multi-spectrum and laser, are integrated to form a comprehensive sorting system— High speed automatic blowing separation system, the delay of high-speed blowing valve can be controlled within 0.5s, and the unique removal mechanism can handle the ore particle size range of 6mm-300mm.
